Lakisha M. Herrera, also known as the Start-Up Queen, is an accomplished business coach with a proven track record of launching successful ventures. With over 100 entrepreneurs guided through the start-up process, Lakisha's goal is to help 100 more every year in realizing their business and personal goals.

Under her leadership, Coaching Your Greatness has flourished into a community of entrepreneurs from various states. Lakisha has helped her clients secure more than $500,000 in funding and generate over $1,000,000 in revenue. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Columbia Southern and is a member of the Mu Delta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Incorporated. Additionally, Lakisha is a real estate investor, with ownership and operation of several properties, including residential, commercial, and short-term rentals. She also provides consultation, training and mentorship to Airbnb Hosts. 

Lakisha's passion for helping others extends beyond the business world. She has written, directed, and produced plays for her organization, The I Am Woman Experience, an organization dedicated to helping women overcome trauma. Furthermore, Lakisha has lent her expertise as a co-director, script supervisor, stage manager, and casting director on various productions.
